Communication is one of the most challenging things and yet it is also one of the most valuable things in this life. Communication enables us to learn, work with others, and even pray. However, when communication doesn’t go right we can experience pain, damage, and even death.
Recently, there was a miscommunication that resulted in the entire loss of our non-profit website. Our website has served as our hub for getting the word out about what we are doing and its loss is painful. Fortunately the actual damage was minimal, and no one has actually gotten hurt. Information was lost, but nothing financially critical. Our capacity for marketing has ground to a halt because our landing pages were wiped out, but we can still rebuild. History was lost, but it won’t prevent us from creating new history.
